Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2026 Last Updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BigDigi LLC, dba Page Agency ("we," "us," "our"), operator of PAGE.SOCIAL (the "Service"), a social media management and content scheduling platform accessible at social.page.agency, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Service.
This policy is written to satisfy the developer platform requirements of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, in addition to general privacy law obligations. If you connect a third-party social media account to the Service, this policy explains what we do with the data we receive as a result.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register for the Service, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed/encrypted form), and any billing information required to process payment for the Service.
1.2 Connected Platform Data
When you connect a third-party social media account (Facebook Page, Instagram Professional Account, X account, or LinkedIn Profile/Page) to the Service via that platform's official OAuth authorization flow, we receive and store:
- Authentication tokens (access tokens and, where applicable, refresh tokens) issued by the platform, which allow the Service to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you explicitly granted during authorization.
- Basic profile/page information, such as your name, username/handle, profile picture, Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and follower or connection counts, as made available by the platform's API.
- Content metadata, including posts, captions, media, links, and scheduling data that you create, submit, or manage through the Service for the purpose of publishing to your connected accounts.
- Engagement and insights data, such as likes, comments, shares, reach, and impressions, where the connected platform's API makes this data available and you have authorized access to it.
We only request the specific permissions/scopes necessary to provide the features you use. We do not request or use platform data beyond what is required for the Service's core scheduling, publishing, and analytics functionality.
1.3 Usage and Log Data
We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access times, and pages viewed, for security, diagnostics, and service-improvement purposes.
1.4 Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your logged-in session and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account;
- Connect to, and publish content on your behalf to, the social media accounts you have explicitly authorized;
- Display scheduled content, publishing history, and available insights/analytics within the Service;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, or the data we obtain from connected platforms, to any third party. We do not use data obtained via Meta, X, or LinkedIn APIs for advertising, surveillance, profiling unrelated to the Service, or any purpose other than providing the Service's stated functionality to you.
3. Platform-Specific Data Use
3.1 Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Data obtained through the Meta Graph API — including Page information, Instagram Business/Creator Account information, and content publishing permissions — is used solely to enable you to schedule, publish, and review content and engagement on Pages and Instagram accounts that you manage and have explicitly connected. Our use of Meta Platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use Meta Platform data to build user profiles for advertising, and we do not transfer this data to any ad network, data broker, or third party.
3.2 X (Twitter)
Data obtained through the X API is used solely to enable posting, scheduling, and viewing of content and basic engagement metrics for the X account(s) you connect. We comply with the X Developer Agreement and Developer Policy, including restrictions on data redistribution and prohibitions on using X content or data for surveillance purposes.
3.3 LinkedIn
Data obtained through the LinkedIn API is used solely to enable posting and scheduling of content to the LinkedIn Profile(s) or Page(s) you connect and have authorized. We comply with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and Platform Guidelines, including restrictions on data retention, redistribution, and use outside the scope of your authorization.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with hosting, infrastructure, and technical service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, solely to operate the Service.
- The platforms themselves: content you create is transmitted to Meta, X, or LinkedIn as necessary to publish it, per your instructions.
- Legal requirements: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not otherwise share your data, or data obtained via connected platform APIs, with any third party.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store data on secure servers and implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encrypted storage of authentication tokens and encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as your account remains active and your platform connections remain authorized. If you disconnect a connected account or delete your account, we delete the associated authentication tokens and platform-derived data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
7. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may disconnect any connected social media account at any time from within the Service, which immediately revokes our access and triggers deletion of the associated tokens.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@page.agency with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data and platform-derived data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with applicable privacy legislation (e.g., California), you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18 (or 16, where applicable local law sets a lower threshold, but not below that threshold). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child in violation of this policy, we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely in accordance with this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
