Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 16, 2026 Last Updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PAGE.SOCIAL (the "Service"), operated by BigDigi LLC, dba Page Agency ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at social.page.agency. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to connect third-party social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, X accounts, and LinkedIn Profiles/Pages) and to schedule, publish, and review content and basic engagement metrics for those accounts through official platform APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and must have the legal authority to bind yourself (or the business/organization you represent) to these Terms, to use the Service. By connecting a social media account, you represent that you are authorized to manage that account or Page on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Connecting Third-Party Social Media Accounts

4.1 Authorization

When you connect a social media account to the Service, you do so via that platform's official OAuth authorization process, and you grant the Service only the specific permissions you approve at that time. You may revoke this authorization at any time, either within the Service or directly through the connected platform's own settings.

4.2 Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms

Your use of connected accounts through the Service remains subject to, and you agree to comply with, the terms of service, developer policies, and community standards of each respective platform, including:

  • Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms (applicable to Facebook and Instagram);
  • X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement and Policy;
  • LinkedIn's User Agreement and API Terms of Use.

We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim liability for, any suspension, restriction, or termination of your account on a connected platform, whether resulting from your use of the Service, your own conduct, or actions taken by the platform.

4.3 Platform Changes

Meta, X, LinkedIn, and other supported platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue API access, features, or policies at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of the Service with respect to that platform. We are not liable for any resulting disruption.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post or schedule content that violates the terms, community standards, or content policies of any connected platform;
  • Post or schedule unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
  • Engage in spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or artificial engagement manipulation;
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other technical restrictions imposed by a connected platform's API;
  • Use the Service to collect or process data on individuals for surveillance, profiling, or any purpose inconsistent with the connected platform's developer policies;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service ("Your Content").

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and publish Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service — that is, to schedule and publish Your Content to the platforms and accounts you designate, and to display it back to you within the Service.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to publish it, including any third-party intellectual property, likeness, or licensing rights.

7. Fees

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are published at https://social.page.agency/pricing and, where applicable, presented to you at signup or upgrade; the price and billing cycle you agree to at that time governs your subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We may change our pricing or plans at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes take effect at your next renewal following at least [30 days'] notice.

If a payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend your access to the Service, including scheduled or in-progress publishing to connected platforms, until payment is resolved.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse connected platform APIs, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service, other users, or a connected platform's ecosystem.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONNECTED PLATFORM APIS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR UNCHANGED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BigDigi LLC, dba Page Agency SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONNECTED PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigDigi LLC, dba Page Agency from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any connected platform's terms or policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
